Join us Friday, Aug 9, 2019, starting at 5pm at the Hunt Club, Bar 46 and Inner Circle for our FIRST fundraiser kick-off event! #TulsaBrainChallenge benefitting the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation!

There are 3 ways to participate in the #TulsaBrainChallenge:

1) GENERAL FUNDRAISER- Hunt Club, Bar 46 and Inner Circle 5pm-2am

Join us at Hunt Club (All Ages), Bar 46 (21+) and Inner Circle (21+) on August 9th from 5pm-close – All proceeds benefit the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation

The First 250 people will receive a commemorative cup!

The Give Back Shack will be parked outside of Hunt Club. Get a snow-cone (or make it an adult version-ask for details)
Drink, eat, have fun and the proceeds go to the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation
Each location will have a fun specialty “brain” themed drink (you will NOT be in the timed challenge)

2) The #TulsaBrainChallenge (timed challenge details listed below) 6pm-9pm

Starts at 6pm on the dot- no exceptions (Be there early and be ready to challenge).

You can start at ANY of the 3 official bars
All participants will start at 6 pm, be there early and have your drink ready to go.
YOU WILL BE TIMED- Challenge starts exactly at 6pm at ALL 3 bars
The First 250 people will receive a commemorative cup!

How it works: You will have a drink + a challenge to complete at each bar (Must be 21)!  Challenges will vary at each bar!

  • Go to 1st Bar (before 6)
  • 6pm/START- Do Speciality Drink + Challenge
  • Grab 1st completion challenge ticket (DO NOT loose ticket)
    • Race to 2nd bar
    • Do Speciality Drink + Challenge at 2nd bar
    • Grab 2nd completion challenge ticket (Repeat: DO NOT loose tickets)
      • Race to Hunt Club- The Finish Line is at Hunt Club!
      • Do Speciality Drink + Challenge at 3rd bar
      • Turn in all 3 completion tickets to timer at the Hunt Club!
  • First 3 people to finish ALL 3 challenges and turn in all 3 tickets into the timer at Hunt Club is the WINNER!
  • Top 3 Winners will receive a gift card(s)!!! WOOT!!!
  • If you’re not one of the top 3 winners, continue the #TulsaBrainChallenge for the upmost bragging rights!

3) 50/50 RAFFLE 5p-9:30p

Total pot split: 50% Winner/50% BrainInjuryRF

  • Purchase Raffle Tickets for $1 each per ticket
  • Purchase 6 Raffle Tickets for $5
  • Raffle Winner announced at 9:30 at Hunt Club

Drink: Brain Juice (Ginger Beer, pineapple juice +  vodka)
Challenge: Jenga
Challenge shot: Sweet, Sweet Meat

Raffle Tickets: $1 each or 6 tickets for $5

Bar 46

Drink: Brain Freeze (Red Bull slushy (red or blue) + vodka)
Challenge: Ping Pong
Entertainment/Emcee: DJ Steve Cluck
Raffle Tickets: $1 each or 6 tickets for $5

Inner Circle

Drink: Brain Wave (Tropical Red Bull (frozen or regular, pineapple juice + vodka)
Challenge: Flip Cup
Entertainment/Emcee: Mr Ryan Howell
Raffle Tickets: $1 each or 6 tickets for $5
